Meaningful connection is where it all began. Years of working alongside communities in Barking and Dagenham through GP pop-ups, partnerships and genuine listening showed us how much therapeutic care can offer, and how few people get to experience it.
A long-standing partnership with Community Solutions at the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham inspired the vision - shared belief that wellbeing belongs at the heart of every neighbourhood.
